Defib Awareness Course |

| Following the recent provision of a defibrillator by the West Lancs Mark Charity fund to the Park Hall Hotel at Charnock Richard,near Chorley a very successful awareness course was given by Cheryl Pickstock of the North West Ambulance Service last Thursday. |

| A total of five Lodges,Chapters and a Conclave now meet at Park Hall under Chairman W. Bro. Frank Umbers of the Ormskirk Group. | |
| A total of twenty five people attended the course,including 20 Masons together with staff from the Hotel and Leisure Centre. | |
| Thanks are due to W.Bros. Derek Midgley and Neil Brown and the many Brethren who attended; to Cheryl for an informative and entertaining evening,and to Sue Lester of the Hotel for looking after us. | |
| Some 25 plus defibrillators have now been installed at Masonic venues around the Province by the West Lancs.Mark Charity Fund; let's hope that we don't have to use them very often. | |
